Technical Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be the primary point of contact for VOLT AI’s clients and customers, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the smooth operation of our products and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and identify areas for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and enhance the product.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Proficiency with support software and ticketing systems.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based and IoT solutions.
